The Rx Cost Reduction ProgramSM allows patients
to receive a rebate for their out-of-pocket expense
(up to $20 per month) for a prescription of
ULTRASE® /ULTRASE® MT.
Once enrolled in the Rx Cost Reduction ProgramSM,
the patient presents the AXCAN® Rx CompleteSM
card to a pharmacy with a prescription. The
patient will receive the rebate immediately
at the pharmacy. Please note that the Rx Cost
Reduction ProgramSM is not available to patients on
Medicaid, Medicare, or participating in any other stateor
federally-subsidized pharmacy benefit program or
where otherwise prohibited by law.
